Cask days 2014.
Pours almost fluorescent pink, with a small pink head. Super tart wheat, and berry aroma with some light vinegar notes. Im not getting much salinity, or savouriness, but there is a boat load of tart berry flavours, with some funk to round it out. The vinegar aroma does fade, and the finish turn sweet, and clean. Very enjoyable.

On tap at What’s Brewing. An unclear, orange colored beer with a small, white head. The aroma is herbal and in a strange way salty, with fruityness, berries and bread. It’s dry and medium bodied, with a fine carbonation level. Lemony, light salty flavor with quite a lot of berries and fruityness. Bready, almost dough-like maltyness. Lasting fruity finish. A flavorful thirst quencher I wouldn’t mind having regular access to during the summertime. 141101
