(Thanks, Shawn! "MacBoost") Bottle. A- Applesauce, cider, lychee, white wine. A- Copper color, hazy liquid, off white head. T- Tart, musky, grapes, champagne, sake, cider. P- Medium body, average texture, medium carbonation, tart finish. O- Interesting beer for sure. Unlike anything Iβve had. Mostly cider and champagne like. As odd as it was I actually kind of liked it...

Winterfet 2015. Red color. Aroma has acid and yeast. Very acidic flavor, some berry. I wonder if making a Berliner and adding fruit would have yielded a better result.

Sampled from the at the brewery. Pours a clear deep ruby amber with a near white head that dissipates quickly and completely. Aroma has lots gooseberry and lychee with a decent amount of tartness and a bit of earthy funk. Flavor is full of tart lychee with a bit of gooseberry and s hint of light grain.
