Can with and courtesy of Grumbo. Aroma of coffee, nutty, vanilla, roasted malts, toasted bread. Decent body, drying finish. Very good

1/11/2024. Can from Moon Beer Supermarket (World Beer), South Korea. Same name but can says it’s only 4.0% abv. Pours close to black with a short lasting frothy beige head. Aroma is massive coffee, roasted malts, ashy, nutty. Very nice coffee roast taste. Smooth, average to soft carbonation. Well done.

Mysterlee Hophi Coffee Stout I chose the nitro version though the regular was also on tap. Deep only blank with a dense long lasting tan foam. Mild coffee aroma and an ultra smooth velvety body with a full mouthfeel. The taste is much simpler and a more roasty nutty coffee. Good but I definitely preferred the La Cabra, that was great. Seriously, these guys make great beers try them if you can.

On tap at Mysterlee, pours black with a small beige head. Aroma brings out medium coffee beans and a hint of roast. Flavour has a dry, fairly robust coffee flavour relative to the Hophi version — with medium roast and finishing drier, with a darker roast character. I prefer this version slightly. Good stuff.
