15/6/2024. Bottle bought at the brewery. Shared at Malilla GP. Pours clear dark amber bronze with a large foamy off-white head. Aroma is chalky, malted, veggie, orange, caramel, dried fruits, biscuit. Medium sweetness and bitterness with slight tartness. Medium body, drying, foamy carbonation.

Large swing top bottle from Goodies Farm Shop in Pulham Market. A hazy deep amber beer that throws a very big bubbly pale tan head. Palate is airy, fairly dry and has a decent fine crispness. Light malts, a little creamy sweetness with a nice touch of caramel, nowhere near as hefty as you might expect an 8% amber to be. The hoppage brings good ripe orange, not quite sweet enough to marmalade. A little fresher citrus on the back end as is light pine and a mellow grapefruit. Light finish. Decent amber, drinks easy for 8.0%
