Bottle. Pours opaque black with large offwhite head. Aroma is malt, soy sauce, sweet licorice and coffee. Taste is medium sweet, light bitter and light acidic. Body is light creamy with soft carbonation. Finish is long and mostly sweet with notes of malt, sweet licorice, ammonium chloride, mint, soy sauce and espresso.

Bottle at Craigs 2016 alldayer. Pours clear dark ruby brown with a thin beige head. Aromas of chocolate and light roast. Taste is sweet, light roast finish.

Bottle.Dark brown colour with small beige head.Aroma of toasted caramel and syrup malty and bready with mild sweet mouthfeels,but after of drinking Samuel Smith Oatmel stout this is a bit boring overall.

Very dark brown with light beige froth. Light roasted aroma amd flavour. Hints of caramel, perhaps a little coffee. Nothing wrong with this one, but neither very oatmealy nor particularly smooth, just an ordinary semi-boring stout.
