Bottle shared with and courtesy of Grumbo with ITFCDan. Aroma of caramel, toffee and yeasty. Smooth and mild bitter finish. Not bad

Bottle from Beers of Europe. Slightly reddish clear brown with moderate sized off-white head which lasts well. Aroma of toffee, yeasty overripe fruit, brown bread. Taste is very malty, some toffee, has a tangy yeastiness but not too overbearing. A bit average but its ok.

Bottle. Ringstead Stores Norfolk. Having a fridge clearing week or two. Pours an attractive ruby copper colour. Light haze. Decent swirl of off white head. Nose has a tangy sweaty malt thing up front. Some fruity hop notes. Some spice like character. Taste is similarly sweaty and tangy. Quite an astringent bitterness to it too. Medium body. Fine carbonation. Tangy finish. Nope.

Sample thanks to Grumbo: Poured a coppery clear with a frothy white head. Aroma is berry, caramel, malty, fruity. Taste is rich caramel malts, light fruit, sweet finish.

30/10/2021. Bottle shared with ITFCfan and ITFCDan. From Beers of Europe. Pours clear golden amber with a small off-white head. Aroma of malt, berries, milk chocolate, touch of herbs and spice. Medium sweetness and light bitterness with a sour edge. Moderate body, watery oily texture, soft carbonation. Looked great, otherwise okay.
