Een frisse saison met kruidige toetsen, citrusaroma en een subtiele bittere nasmaak. Een echte doordrinker! Ongefilterd en ongepasteuriseerd.

From bottle at Mout fest Arnhem 2018. Aroma is spicy yeast with hetrbal notes and soft grassy hops. Flavour is light sweet and moderate bitter. Body is light to medium. Gentle and herbal Saison, somewhat bitter, not bad.

Hazy pale golden, tall frothy white head, good retention, sticky lacing. At first sourish nose, lemon and goose berries, followed by sweet malt, grain, floral hops, some acidity in the background, herbal touch esp. retronasal. Fruity taste, light sweet and medium bitter, malty, grain, yeast, herbal notes. Light to medium body, watery texture, soft carbonation, dry soft sweetbitter aftertaste, orange peel, husky, herbal notes, a well hopped saison, bit strange but nice.

Huge, dense, yellowish head, rather stable over cold-hazed golden beer. Rather oppressive nose, with spices, citruspeel, milkpowder, dried and ground lemonpeel, coriander. Sweetish-pale malty at first, hints at dry spices and then a sourish, light-acidic touch - wonder it that was intended. Some hopbitterness appears, strangely enough after some warming up. Creamy feel from the head, whilst the CO² in the beer gives acidity and sparkling. Quite slick, light body. Bof. Not bad.

Granige mout, koriander, kruidige gist. Wat hard en gistig in de smaak, maar het aroma is prima.

14/XII/18 - 33cl bottle as a gift, shared @ home, BB: 5/VII/20 - (2018-1990)

Clear pale straw yellow to little peach pink beer, big creamy aery irregular off-white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: lots of CO2, very fruity, lots of yeast, strawberry jam, peaches, sweetish impression. MF: very lively carbon, medium to light body. Taste: sweet start, not a good start for a saison, some citrus notes, peaches, bit metallic, some banana peel. Aftertaste: some tangerines, more metallic, spicy touch, coriander, slightly bitter, bit oxidized, marzipan, bit acidic, still a bit sugary. Too sweet for a saison!

0.33 l bottle from 'Ace Drinks', best before February 2021. Minimally hazy, golden amber with a large, dense, stable, white head. Sweetish, yeasty-spicy, quite floral and gently fruity aroma of orange peel, apricot, clove, banana and some hay. Just slightly sweet, pretty dry, moderately bitter, grassy, yeasty-spicy, floral and gently fruity taste of hay, gooseberry, orange peel, clove and some banana, followed by a short, moderately bitter, fairly yeasty-spicy, dry and gently grassy finish. Thin to medium body, quite effervescent mouthfeel, lively carbonation. Straightforward and well-executed Saison.

Sampled @ Tilburg Bierfestival 2018. Hazy very pale yellow color, average sized white head. Aroma is quite pleasant: wheat, a fine nice citrussy note. Fine citrussy flavor, light very pleasant slight floral and citrussy bitter flavor. Nice. Easy drinkable. Suitable decent to medium body and carbonation.
