Panda at home, thanks to SHIG, 17/04/21. Copper pour with a moderately appointed just off white cap. Nose is hedgerow, dried fruits esters, biscuit, grains, light orange. Taste comprises biscuit, grains, dried fruits, hint of sweetness, hedgerow tones. Medium to light in body, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a light bitter rasp. Despite being called and listed as a gold this came over more like a bitter to me ... remember golden bitters? Not bad.

Panda 🐼 at home thanks to SHIG. A light hazed amber orange coloured pour with a halo of loose off white head. Aroma is nutty, some dried fruit, raisin, grape. Flavour is subdued, nutty, subdues, light diacetyl, custard, Palate is lifeless, oily, no carbonation.

2/9/2020. Cask take-away from the Stow Fen brewery. Poured deep golden amber with a small bubbly white head. Aroma of malt, caramel, sweet fruit, flowers and biscuit. Moderate sweetness and medium bitterness. Moderate body, soft carbonation. A little harsh for starters but mellowed.
