This glorious best bitter has a tasty malt base from the locally grown Maris Otter Barley. Marynka and Cascade Hops give fruity aromas and a bitter finish.

(Cask at Cock Tavern, Hackney, London, 17 Nov 2023) Amber colour with frothy, tan head. Malty nose with toast, bread, apricots and earthy hops. Malty taste with notes of caramel, toast, biscuits and a balanced earthy bitterness. Light body, quite dry. Well balanced and refreshing bitter. Quite nice.

Cask @ Angel, Woodbridge. Mahogany coloured clear bitter with a head and a lowish bitterness. There's some sweetness in its aroma.
