Panda at home, thanks to SHIG, 28/02/21. Black with a decent tan covering that stays for the show. Nose is chocolate, dark malts, light spice trace, dusty hop tones, dried berry fruits, light oak tones. Taste comprises dark malts, molasses, orange peel, light herb, cacao nibs, trace of spice, mellow roast, dried fruits. Full bodied, fine carbonation, light drying close with a balanced spike of alcohol. Decent flavoursome impy affair.

23/2/2021. Can sample courtesy of SHIG, cheers. Pours very dark brown with a small frothy beige head. Aroma is chocolate, malt, vanilla, bark, slightly herbal and medicinal, with booziness building. Moderate sweetness, moderate bitterness with a nutty earthy notes. Medium body, carbonation is soft. Gentle warming alcohol, woody, bittersweet and lightly roasted finish. Would happily drink more of this.
