Amber coloured ale beautifully balanced and brewed with only Willamette hops for a spicy finish. Brewed with pale, crystal and munich malts.
Note - previously brewed under Harwich Town.

A light haze on this amber beer, small bubbly pale tan head. Palate is light and smooth and mildly dry, modest fine carbonation. Light smooth malts, a fair deal of creamy sweetness, trace of caramel. Mellow ripe citrus, modest pine. Light finish. A very mellow affair indeed but just about dodges being bland. Can imagine this going with all sorts of mild English food but not with a decent Ruby.

18/9/2021. Bottle shared with J&K. Bought direct from the brewer. Pours hazy golden orange with a frothy off-white head. Aroma of citrus, orange, malt, straw, spicy notes. Moderate sweetness and bitterness with a tart edge. Moderate body, average carbonation. Nicely done, and the best of the four from Harwich Town we had today.
