Sample thanks to Grumbo: Poured a coppery golden with a huge white head. Aroma is tropical, fruity, citrus, resinous, pine needles. Taste is hops, piney, tropical, resinous, bitter finish.

500ml bottle bought from the brewery and drunk at home. Murky dark brownish gold with a little ring of white head. Lots of tropical fruit, some pine, dried grass. A bit messy. Tastes much better: sweet with boozy marmalade and more pine notes. Turns bitter at the end with lime and kumquat peel in the finish. Not really impressive but drinkable.

9/7/2021. Bottle from Sir Toby’s Beers, Norwich. Norfolk beer #400. Pours hazy dark golden orange with a frothy off-white head. Aroma is piney, tropical, earthy, pineapple, citrus, apricot, straw, biscuit notes. Moderate sweetness and medium plus bitterness. Full body, average carbonation. Bitter, fruity, resinous finish. Very tasty.
