Sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers. Aroma of blueberry yoghurt, citrus, vanilla and raspberries. Taste is of raspberries, blueberries with light woodiness. Sour, dry finish although rather carbonated. Was good though.

Christ, a can of beer can do the rounds! This whole one was from Beer Central, Sheffield. Pours like port. Fine, deep pink head. Nose has a bit of a cherry pie thing. Blueberry yoghurt. Sweet lemon. Custard. Taste is tart and a little dry. Some vanilla sweetness on the lips. Bright and fresh and cleansing mouthfeel. Fine, brisk carbonation. Tart and bright berry fruit finish. Nice one.

18/6/2021. Can sample courtesy of SHIG, cheers. Pours super deep maroon with a frothy pink coloured head. Aroma of blueberry, citrus, vanilla, dusty musty edge. Moderate sweetness and medium sour. Moderate body, slight watery texture, fizzy carbonation. Not my favourite from Pastore but still nicely drinkable.

Panda 🐼 at home thanks to SHIG. A hazed deep purple plum coloured pour with a lasting pink head. Aroma is big berry blast, woodland berry culee, spicy, yogurty funk. Flavour is composed of super tart, bitter berries, woody blackberries, raspberry, prickly, almond, prickly sour. Palate is super tart and dry, prickly sour, Big and bold. I like it.

Panda at home, thanks to SHIG, 15/06/21. Rich blackcurrant red pour with a good sized crimson head. Nose is big on berry fruits, blackcurrant, raspberry pips, hay bale, blueberry yoghurt. Taste comprises sharp berry fruits, tangy blueberry yoghurt, cherry stones, light acidic bimble, lemon rind, hint of funk. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, light drying close with a puckering climax. Decent enough sour ... how does can to panda rise a rating so much !?!
