Frothy white good mostly lasting head. Light malty and hoppy aroma. Light bitter flavor. Some juniper notes. Average moderate bitter finish. Creamy palate. Nice.

Bottle @ HenrikSoegaard tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are malt, salt, yeast, fruits, hops, berries and has a light sour finish.

Nice fizzy-creamy mediumlasting head, straw colored. Aroma is slightly fresh mineraly, soda powder, juniper berries, sorrel, citrus peel, minerals, grass, fruit salt, coriander. Taste is slightly sour-ish dry, soda powder, fruit salt, citrus acid, sorrel, juniper berries, grass, fruit stones, coriander, salt. Medium bitterness, slightly sour-ish dry mouthfeel. Nice.

Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of wheat and straw. The flavor is sweet with notes of wheat, straw, and lemons, leading to a tart finish.

Bottle 750ml. corked. [ As Mystic Scatteree ].Unclear - hazy medium yellow color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, moderate yeasty, herbs, fruity - berries, juniper, tart apple, light coriander. Flavor is moderate sweet and light light acidic with a long duration, salty - sea water, juniper, dry, tart, fruity - berry. Initial tart and finish is super dry.
