Bottle 0.33l. Black colored. AROMA- chocolate, nougat, pleasant alcohol, peaty tones, traces of licorice. FLAVOR- quite sour, a bit peaty tart, sour cherries, chocolate, bitter nougat, peaty, whiskey. Fuller bodied.
Too much sour, but still tasty.

Bottle 330ml. w. swing top @ [ The Country Stat Improver Tasting ] - Saxo, Aarhus. [ As Brevnovský Benedict Russian Imperial Stout Barrel Aged ].ABV: 8.0%. Clear dark black brown color with a average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, light beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, dark malt, wood, oak, alcohol - glue, weet wood. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, wood, oak, alcohol - glue, dark malt, wet wood, notes of sourness. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat, finsh feel is light glue - alcoholic. IMO. a barrel ageed beer gone badly wrong !! [20161008] 5-3-4-2-7

Bottle. Frothy White fair mostly deminishing head. Black colour. Heavy malty and light hoppy aroma. Bourbon notes. Heavy bitter flavor. Stronmg coffee and chocolate notes. long heavy bitter finish. Creamy palate.

Bottle at Aarhus tasting. Pours almost black with a beige head. Aroma of chocolate, malt, and roasted coffee. Medium sweetness, light roasted bitterness. Medium body, oily texture. Finish is slightly sour.

Bottle @ Aarhus tasting, my place. Medium head with medium duration. Color is dark brown. Aroma and taste are roast malt, whisky, wood, coffee, chocolate and hops. Dry boozy whisky finish.

Bottle, 8%. Black with small dark brown head. Aroma is roasted malts, chocolate, sourness and a little dark fruit. Flavour is roasted malts, chocolate, notes of sourness, dark fruit, wood, barrel, notes of alcohol, whiskey, little harsh and a little bitter.

Smak: Frukter, syrlig kirsebær, røyk og fusel.
Hvor: Kjøpt@Pivní Rozmanitost (Konevova), Nydt@Hjemme sammen med Gorm og Bryne.
