21/3/2022. Bottle from Raise The Bar, Chapel en le Frith. Pours clear pale amber with a small frothy off-white head. Aroma of malt, biscuit, ginger, cardamom, toffee, citrus, nutmeg, thistle, green tea. Medium and developing sweetness, light bitterness, slight tart edge. Moderate body, average carbonation. Fragrant, spiced brew. Quite drinkable if a little sweet.
