Description

Bottle conditioned craft beer from the heart of the Peak District, brewed with water from a spring which rises below the Big Stone.

This small operation started brewing on a 2.5 barrel kit in 2019 in large out-buildings connected to a private house on the outskirts of Chinley in the heart of the Peak District. Beers are available in bottles from local outlets. Casks are supplied to a limited number of local pubs. An onsite spring provides all the water used in production.
