500ml bottle from Beer District, Buxton. Pours deep brown with a white creamy head. Aromas & tastes of bread, oats, caramel, earth, yeast & malt. Medium body. Long bitter finish. Enjoyable

28/8/2022. Bottle at the Wroclaw GP beer share. From Raise The Bar, Chapel-en-le-Frith. Pours clear pale golden with a frothy white head. Aroma of lemon, citrus, sweet malt, veg, stewed fruits, starch and soap. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness, touch of tart. Moderate body, watery, quite lively. Not the best I had from this brewery.

12/8/2022. Bottle from Raise The Bar, Chapel-en-le-Frith. Pours clear very dark brown with a frothy tan coloured head. Aroma of roasted malt, dark chocolate, charcoal, ash, dark fruits, blackberry. Fairly sweet initially, with some developing roasted bitterness and a light tart edge. Moderate body, light smoothness, soft carbonation. Nicely done.
