This beer is a moment of refreshment in a busy life, a touch of calm in a world of noise. Hopped with Saaz and Tettnang for light floral notes balanced on top of a classic Pilsner base, this is our take on a timeless style, brewed with approachability and accessibility in mind. Tiny dots on an endless timeline.

Panda 🐼 at home thanks to Wingman. A clear pale petrol yellow coloured pour with a small white head. Aroma is rustic grains, straw, some sweetness, stale bread, grass. Flavour is composed of crisp light grains, some mineral , dry straw, light apple. Palate is crisp and light, maybe a little thin, fine carbonation. simple but effective.

Can at home in Hackney - sourced from All Good Beer. Pours totally clear yellow with a slim, creamy white head. Lightly sweet, biscuity, a few nips of grain husk, light minerality, straw. Light bodied with average carbonation. Reasonably clean finish, more crispy biscuits, hay, pale bread. It's nice, almost really good if not for a slight mineral note that seems out of place. Still, nice beer.
