16/12/2022. Bottle courtesy of and shared with Travlr, cheers. Pours clear very dark plum brown with a small off-white head. Aroma is sour plum, dried fruits, wood, red wine, tart berries, yeast. Super tangy tart taste, dry and very tannic. Medium body, quite smooth, soft carbonation. Very good.

Black beer, thin off-white head. Smells of wine, tangy fruit. Flavour has a lot going on. Sharp plummy fruit flavour, rich red wine again, a little wood off the barrel, some chocolate which really adds to the balance and the feel of it, there's some airy spice in here too which lingers with the tartness. Very nice.
