6/4/2023. Can at Foxhall Stadium, home of the Ipswich Witches whilst watching Emil Sayfutdinov make his Witches debut. Bought at Two Brews, Colchester. Pours clear copper amber with a small frothy off-white head. Aroma is herbal, straw, malt, flowers, caramel, spicy edge. Taste is very herbal, medium sweetness, moderate bitterness and body. Average carbonation. Not bad, but the speedway was better.

Draft. A hazy golden beer with an off-white head. The aroma has notes of malt, straw, and hints of caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, straw, hops, and hints of caramel, leading to a bitter finish.

Keg at the tank bar - Hackney Wick. Pours clear honey-gold with a creamy, white topping. Moderate sweetness, crispy pale grains, straw, hay, nips of biscuits. Light bodied with average carbonation. Clean, crisp biscuity finish, lightly toasted cereal. Tasty.
