A historic saison style beer made with calendula and homegrown yarrow flowers yielding a hugely aromatic brew that’s dry and bitter. It’s an excellent aperitif and always ready about a month and a half after the first spring yarrow flowers.

Smells incredibly herbal with fruity passion fruit. Very light. Tart finis. Sulphite sort of mouthfeel. Lot of white grapes. it has some interesting rye spice herbal notes going on here.

Bottle courtesy of noodleuser, thank you! Cloidy golden yellow color, bright white head. Aroma of vanilla, peaches soaked in white wine, attic eaves, overripe pears. Taste is softly sour and funky grapefruit, pineapple, dust, white pepper. Deleicious.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Stas’s place. Thanks zvikar. Hazy deep golden with a white head. Aroma of floral spiciness, yeast and some fruitiness, sweetish flavor with yeast, lots of floral spiciness, some fruitiness, some malt and a bitterish finish. Medium-bodied. Not my thing.

750ml bottle pours a hazy, neon orange with some ringing, white head. Nose has plenty of apricot, mild funk, a little dry gin, a little lime zest, a little lemon-lime soda, a little bright saltwater/tonic. Flavor is so solid, tart, lemony, some dandelion, lime, a little briny oyster with lemon, a little mild mustard seed, mild taffy. Clean, bright finish. Not much barrel, but very bright and refreshing.

Hazy blonde, very spicy/peppery aroma, herbal, very peppery character. Sweet pale malts and low bitterness. Complex, very nice balance as usual. Good herbals, off-dry finish.

Thanks to Jeremy! Tasting glass form 750 ml. bottle. Orange with creamy white head. Smell is reminiscent of Sprite (interesting & it smells great) with creamy zesty fruits, peach, light funk, dough, touch lactic. Taste is amazing & unified Gin, very mellow lactic, Sprite, zest, very fruity, sweet fruits, dough, zest, white berries, caramel, oak,… Creamy, very easy to drink. Unique, amazing, simply spectacular.
