Bottle shared at the CBJ tasting, team split, 12/06/24. Black with a tan cap that thins to the edge. Nose is chocolate, dark malts, charr, molasses, brown sugar melt, vanilla whisper. Taste comprises dark malts, toasted brown sugars, barrel tones, chocolate, Bounty Bar, molasses. Full bodied, oily feel, semi drying close with a balanced rising boost. Solid sipper.

Bottle shared at CBJ - Bermondsey. Cheers, team! Pours black-brown with a small, foamy tan head. Medium to big sweet flavour with rich, dark fruits, figs and dates, some chocolate, a little toasted toffee, mild burnt wood, earth. Full bodied, oily and chewy, with fine carbonation. Mellow warmth to finish, more stewed dark fruits, caramel, chocolate, raisins, figs. Delicious.

Bottleshare at CBJ, Can, thanks to the team. Opaque dark brown beer, small pale tan head. Smooth and slightly viscous palate, decent fine carbonation. Smooth and rich dark chocolate malts. Smooth sweet dark chocolate malts. Bourbon soaked dark fruits. Nice enough.
