Can shared at the CBJ tasting, thanks to LKS, 15/11/23. Dark black with a good sized lasting khaki cap. Nose is dark malts, chocolate, spice, liquorice, charr, dates. Taste comprises coffee bean, chocolate, spice, toffee, fruit rinds. Medium plus bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a subtle spike of booze. Decent.

Can shared at Craft Beer Junction - picked up from the offie in Dalston. Pours clear, black-brown with a creamy khaki head. Medium sweet flavour with notes of berries, raisins, light roast, figs, stewed berries, a little cocoa, slight earthy bitterness. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Finishes with notes of rounded dark malts and berries, dried fruits. Not bad.

Craft Beer Junction bottle share, thanks to LKS for the can. Almost opaque dark brown beer, small pale tan head. Smooth and semi dry palate, decent fine carbonation. Smooth dark chocolate malts, biscuity, mild fruity bourbon. Semi dry finish. Tasty, a tad dry.

Can shared at the craft beer junction bermondsey. Many thanks. A clear dark brown black coloured pour with a halo of tan head. Aroma is semi sweet. Cinnamon woody, spicy. Spicy roast, liquorice, tonka.

Can in the Airbnb. Pours black, nose is chocolate, cocoa powder, coconut, vanilla, taste is similar, sweet smoky chipotle.
