Appearance is clear amber, with a small white head which quickly goes. Aroma is apples, sherbet lemon, funky hoppy hints, pressed apple juice, white wine. Taste is citrus, tart fruit, apple, orange peel hints, sherbet lemon, tart sour fruit, cider, berry fruit undertones, funky notes in the finish. Well-crafted.

Panda thanks to Cloin. Clear gold beer, no head. Light palate, mildly dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Acetic sourness, some ripe lemon. Cooling pine. Mild dried fruits. Semi dry finish. Starting to make the back of my throat itch. Tasty but for me, not quaffable in any quantity.

Bottle at home, from Cloudwater online, 30/12/24. Moderately hazed golden orange with a just off white cap that thins to a swirl. Nose is yuzu, funk, damp cloth, pissy green berry nip, hay bale, oak. Taste comprises soured citric sherbets, grape must, guava, lemon zest, hay bale, herb, damp oak. Medium bodied, fine spritzy carbonation, semi drying close with a balanced acidic spike. Solid kit.
