Bottle, 8%. Powerful cough syrup aroma, herbal aniseed. Black colour. Small light brown head. The flavour is sweet and roasted with a red berry note. Not as much herbal flavour as feared. Late coffee and chocolate aftertaste. Late mild hop burn.

Bottle. Pours cloudy nearly black with small tan head. Clear aroma of malt, caramel, chocolate and cough drops. Sweetish flavour of caramel malt, chocolate and cough drops, with touches of liquorice and bitter, roasty notes. Rough and bitter aftertaste. Warming alcohol presence. Okay but the medicinal aspect is totally unnecessary.

Bottle. A black one, topped by a dense, finger-thick tan head. The aroma is lightly spiced, with vanilla, dark chocolate, oranges and coffee hints. Some spices and oranges, as well as vanilla, roasted malts, some burnt notes, and dark sugars in the flavor. A bitter touch too. Full body, very smooth and with a pleasant carbonation. Lasting sweet, vanilla and cocoa finish with a roasted touch. A very unusual one, but I like it. Guess it would be a challenge to have a bottle on my own though. 141213
