Hoppy and fruity, citrus and florals, some a bit odd almost vegetal note, maybe from the sultana? Nice anyway.

Panda thanks to Cloin. Hazy gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Light palate, mildly dry, a good fine minerally crispness. Light malts, sweet enough but not masking a slightly bitter edge from the hops. Crisp cooling pine. Modest citrus and a touch of candy fruits, just a whisper of lemon on the crisp finish. Refreshing, could have a little more hop weight for me.

Can at home, from Craft Central.ie, 11/12/24. Murky orange topped with a good sized white head that thins to a swirl in time. Nose is bitter orange, grass, papaya, melon, mandarin, guava. Taste comprises tangerine, airy malts, light pine tickle, grass, melon, papaya, mandarin. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close splashed with balanced juicy come lightly dankened hop bitterness. Solid well balanced and easy drinking IPA.

(473ml can from L'Axe du Malt, Quebec City) Pours quite hazy dep gold with a decent whitish head leaving strong lace. Aroma is a cross of bright white wine-type grapes and punchy mixed citrus zest and pulp, a lot of lemon and tangerine, some lime, pineapple, peppery greenish mango dankness, leafy NZ vibes, soft malt. Flavour is lightly to moderately sweet, again lots of candied mixed citrus (lemon, lime, gangerine, white grapefruit), pineapple, bright citrus zest, some mango sweetness in the background, very soft malt, lightly estery roundedness, touch mineral, drying finish of dank mango, lemon/lime zestiness, citrus pith, slightly earthy dankness. Light slick body, moderate carbonation. Very much on the zesty citrusy side of things without too much thick juice but it was bright and refreshing with a nice hop profile. Solid.
