Restorative Balance is our new collaboration with Deciduous Brewing that ties in with the ethos of both breweries - Cycles of growth and renewal occur in order to restore balance. This beer uses a large dose of flaked wheat and white wheat, a large citra whirlpool, and a huge dry hop of Rakau and Galaxy. Restorative Balance pours a vibrant yellow with aromas and notes of starbursts, pina coladas tropical fruit, candied cantaloupe, mango, and tangerine. It continues to morph into a juicy buildup with our #?? #EQjuice profile and soft smooth finish that will bring your palate back into equilibrium.

Reviewed from notes.
Can to tulip.
Appearance: thick pale orange haziness with a finger and a half of white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: some melon/cantaloupe, mixed citrusy, piney, pineapple hop notes; light malts - clean and some sweetened notes to those malts
Flavor: melds the prior noted aromas to a fine sweet to bittersweet quality with a slight passion fruit note; finishes melon, pineapple-y and slightly passion fruit-like
Texture: medium bodied; clean sipper; lovely smoothness; low carb and a low hop bitterness assertiveness
Overall: what an absolute gem by these two breweries! Very well done!

Panda thanks to Cloin. Pretty much a clear gold beer, a few pale cream colour bubbles never threaten to evolve a head. Palate is light, mildly dry and has a good fine minerally crispness. Light malts, clean and sweet. Light cooling pine into a fairly pronounced candy fruit affair. Modest citrus underneath, whisper of peel. Light and semi dry finish. Nice but a tad candy overall.

Can at home, from Craft Central.ie, 08/12/24. Clear golden topped with a just off white cap that thins in time to a swirl. Nose is orange zest, grass, bready notes, palea malts, melon, citric tinged straw. Taste comprises bitter orange, grass, grapefruit, pine nip, melon, mandarin, light hop spice. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with light juicy come grassy hop bitterness. Okay DIPA but below Equilibriums usual level and rather stuck in 3rd gear.

Pours a slightly hazy, lemon gold, with mid-sized head. Aroma has a sharp green onion note upfront, with citrus and tropical fruit. Flavor largely follows, including the green onion/sharp cheese. Soft mouthfeel. Above average level of hop bitterness at the finish.

HMS-2 28 Days Later. Juicy, dank, real light body. Goes down easy for a DIPA. Thanks Ry!
