In this Double IPA, physics and flavor unite, driven by a thrust of classic and modern hops.
We lay the foundation for a spicy, dank, and piney old-school IPA, to then surprise with hypermodern hops.
On the hot side of brewing, we welcomed classic hops like Comet, Columbus, and Crystal – old-school choices from the '60s.
For the dry hop, we added Superdelic and Vista hops. Superdelic, a brand new hops that was released last year brings flavors of vanilla, golden kiwi, and melon – a true New Zealand experience. Vista, released in 2021, offers melon, ripe peach, and papaya.
The result? A full bodied, medium sweet Double IPA. Sweet fruits balanced by bitterness and endless layers of flavors to discover. Cheers!

Panda at home, thanks to Kenneth, 03/12/24. Moderately hazed yellow orange topped with a thin white cap. Nose is mellow citric flesh, floral notes, peach, hint of mango, papaya. Taste comprises mandarin, grapefruit, melon, papaya, soft malts, floral whisper, lychee. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close splashed with mellow light juice laden hop bitterness. Okay easy drinking DIPA if a little simplistic.

Can. A light haze on this slightly pale yellowish gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Light palate, mildly dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Thinnish pale malts, a thin creamy sweetness. Light crisp pine. Slightly bitter and spicy juicy hop fruits. Lemony floralness, light spicy candy fruits, mild tropical fruits. Light crisp hop spicy finish. Nice. A bit different but very drinkable.

In de tuin uit een blik. Troebel, beetje melkachtig, maar lichtgele kleur. Wit schuim. Lekker moutig aroma, vol, citrus en tropisch fruit. Volle smaak, voelt dik. Ook weer tropisch fruit. Uitstekende nasmaak.

Lovely ipa. The way I like it. Very drinkable. Proper bitterness, boozy enough, just balances. Guild box
