Liogerma, a beer created to cool our sunsets, as its name suggests and is a gose type.
Fermented with champagne yeast, it has a refreshing acidity. The nose reveals typical wine aromas such as citrus and stone fruits, as well as aromas of champagne, bread, brioche and nuts.

Bottle at Zero, Kos. Refreshing and sourish with lemon, wheat, a little peach, and a light salty touch. Crisp sour wheaty finish with a light bitterness. Pleasant.

Bottle in the hotel, picked up from Pantipolion grocery store, Athens, 11/10/24. almost clear golden yellow topped with an off white head that strays to the edge. Nose is lemon rinds, hay bale, stale breads, light yeast flicker. Taste comprises tarte lemon, straw, grass, herb, hedgerow, light acidic bimble, crackers. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a modest puckering kiss. Okay simple straight up Gose.
