Bottle at a tasting with Cuso and MisoW. Alcohol coming through in med-light intensity. Otherwise a fine fully malty piece, toffee, nutty, caramelly. Medium sweetness and medium bitterness (probably aided by the alcohols) make for a rather balanced experience. Good one.

RBESG 2017, sampled on July 23, 2017 @ One Pint Pub, Helsinki. Pours copper, quite clear actually. Off-tan head. Sweet and jammy aroma, hoppy as well, trying to balance that extreme bitterness this beer most likely has. Quite hoppy taste, not so sweet. Rye spices blend with hop oils while sweetness has been balanced with hop bitterness. Nice one, imperial rye TIPA would be a good descriptor for this.

Bottle from an Alko around Vaasa, Finland. Pours brown with a medium beige head. Aroma is lots of malts, candy, barley. Body is heavy, sweet, oily with a low lively carbonation. Nuts and caramel flavours, but low. Boozy. Sweet sticky palate. Okay, but nothing extraordinary.

Bottle 330ml. @ [ oh6gdx house - Vasa ]. [ As Hiisi Loviatar ].Unclear medium brown amber color with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, bread, rye, caramel, sweet malt, dried fruit, alcohol. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, rye, dried fruit, caramel, sweet malt, bread, alcohol, dry, hoppy. Bottled, thanks oh6gdx! Hazy ruby small head. Minty pear aroma. Mid sweet with full body and dense rounded mouthfeel. Husky bread and white pepper, pears and lychee. Warmibg bitter finish. A nice hoppy rye wine.

Utuisen samea, keskiruskea olut kohtalaisella vaahdolla. Tuoksussa erikoisesti erikeeperiä, samoin mallasta ja leipäisyyttä. Maku makean maltainen, leipäinen, luumuinen ja hieman greippisen katkera. Täyteläinen suutuntuma. Ei kovin helppoa juotavaa, aika raskas ja hieman alkoholinen yleisote.
