Bottle 330ml. [ As Maku Double IPA ].[ Courtesy of my Local Swap 2016-3 - VastActiv ]. Clear medium orange yellow color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, moderate to heavy hoppy, citrus, riped fruit, fruity hops, sharp, green boughs. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, sweet malt, sweet fruit, sweet hops, fruity hops, riped fruit, citrus, sharp. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20161112] 7-3-7-3-13

33 cl bottle. Pours cloudy yellow with a small whie head. Aroma is peachy and slight citrusy. Smooth fruity, peachy and slight citrusy, crisp hoppy. Mellow and lingering sweet and fruity finish.

Bottle @Ulfborg Scooper. Cloudy amber, white froth. Grapes and green twigs aroma. Flavour has some fruityness, green grapes. Sweet with controlled, piney bitterness.

Bottle, 9.2%. Hazy golden with medium white head. Aroma is malt, fruit, hops, grapes, earthy and a little spicy. Flavour is malt, fruit, hops, grapes, little white wine, little grapefruit, little sweet, earthy and medium bitter.

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Hazy golden with a lasting white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel and moderate hoppy - citrus. Flavor is quite sweet and rather bitter. Dry and rather bitter finish. 121116

Bottle from the dregs run. Pours clear golden with a thin white head. Aromas of orange, toffee. Taste is sweet, cooked orange. A bit thin.

Bottle thanks to Nihtila. Appearance - golden with a nice fluffy head. Nose - lemon and lime. Creamy key lime pie. Taste - the same but less pungent. Palate - close to medium bodied with a creamy texture and a fairly good finish. Overall - it peaked on the nose.

Bottled (from Alko Prisma, Vaasa). Deep golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is sweet malts, mild raisins, some fruits and that’s about it. Flavour is fruity, sweet malty and quite alcoholic. Surprisingly thin. And I was surprised that Maku has lately had some rather tasty beers, but this was close to thin and bland.
