Bottle. An unclear dark amber colored beer with a dense, fingerthick beige head. The aroma is rather weak, with a nice hoppyness and some caramel. Bready notes too. It’s lightly bitter in the mouth, medium bodied and soft, with flavors of caramel and piney, citrusy hops and some roasted, almost burnt notes. Long finish with a nice balance of hops and malts. Starts off a bit boring this one, but turns out to be a pleasant store strengt Christmas beer. 151231

33cl bottle from Meny Revetal. Pours hazy caramel coloured with a decent, off-white head. Malty and caramelly aroma with fruity and slightly wheaty notes, hints of citrus, yeast and pine. Medium sweet with fairly balanced malty and slightly fruity flavours and a fairly light bitterness. Medium+ body with fairly average carbonation. Easy to drink, feels quite balanced, but not very Christmassy.
