Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 8.5 | Flavor - 8.5 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 8.5
It is a classical IPA, well balanced and good mix between the sweetness and the bitterness, powerful taste in the mouth, next one please, 03.12.16, buying it at the ex grain d'Orges, Crissier, tasting it at Lausanne, Prélaz.

Bottle at home. Aroma is candied fruits, hops, maple syrup, apricot, malt biscuit, leafs, pine resin, some herbal tea notes, berries. Flavour is syrupy sweetness and moderate to medium bitter. Body is just above medium. Lovely sweet maple leavy IIPA, characteristically Anchor and not like any other IIPA on the scene. Pure beer candy.

Bottle. Dark golden color. Aroma: esters, flowers, fruits, raisins, nectar, jasmine. Taste: sweetish, white port wine, floral honey, honeycomb, soft hop bitterness, need to drink fresh.

Bottle 0.355l. Almost clear, orange colored. AROMA- orange jelly, orange peel, spicy. FLAVOR- neutral, lightly bitter, orange jelly, pleasant alcohol presence. Fuller bodied.

Bottle from Theatre of Wine, Greenwich. Amber pour a fluffy white head. Vanilla, lemon sherbet, grapefruit and red berry aroma. Flavours of red fruit, caramel, pineapple, subtle notes of bitter citrus. Bitter-sweet finish. Nice.

Bottle 12fl.oz. [ As Anchor Argonaut Collection: Double Liberty IPA ].Clear medium yellow orange color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, moderate to heavy hoppy, citrus, orange - citrus, light bubble gum. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, pale malt, fruity hops, hop bitter, minerals, old hops, late finish has some bubble gum - mint. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20161112] 7-3-7-3-14

12 fl oz bottle. Pours hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is pine herbal hoppy. Slight citrusy. Smooth fruity, toasted and crisp hoppy. Dry, bitter and smooth fruity finish.

Bottle @Ulfborg Scooper. Clear amber, offwhite froth. Resinous aroma, rubber bands. Resinous, rubbery flavour, some fruityness. Some sweetness, but not particularly caramely. Has some ok phenolic touches in the finish.

Bottle, 8.2%. Hazy amber with small white head. Aroma is malt, caramel, spicy, hop and a little grapefruit. Flavour is malt, caramel, hops, grapefruit, medium sweet and medium bitter.

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Hazy orange with a lasting off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel and moderate hoppy - grapefruit and old hops. Flavor is quite sweet and rather bitter. Dry and rather bitter finish. 121116
