Draft at Taps Beer Bar, Changkat, Kuala Lumpur. Poured a hazy straw colour with a short-lived white head. The aroma is malt, doughy yeast, lemon grapefruit citrus. The flavour is acid citrus, light sweet with a light crisp, refreshing, acidic, tart citrus palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Bottle 330ml. [ As Siren Calypso Berliner Weisse - Cluster, Centennial & Sorachi Ace ].[ Trade by Rasmus40 ]. Clear medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, wheat, sweet malt, moderate hoppy, citrus - lemon, moderate yeasty, berliner yeast, dough, tart notes. Flavor is moderate sweet, light acidic and bitter with a long duration, citrus, fruity, tropical fruit, pale malt, tart fruit, tart, dry, light lactic - yoghurt funk. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. Very refreshing :) [20161018] 7-3-7-3-16

Bottle @ Aarhus tasting, my place. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are hops, fruits, lactose acid, malt and has a nice fruity finish.

Tap at Salon Piva. Yellow color with. Edith white head. Aroma, yeast, lemon, lime, citrus hops. Taste, nice sourness with lemon, limes, light hops, yeast. Nice.

Tap at Salon piva. Assertively sour, slightly cheesy, light basement and saltiness, also mineraly feel. The hoppiness is somewhat lost on me, still a good really sour refreshing berliner though.
