Bottle. Pours opaque black with tiny white head. Aroma is malt syrup, soy sauce, black Bassets wine gums, sesame seeds and iron. Taste is medium sweet. Body is light oily with hardly any carbonation. Finish is medium long and light bitter with notes that follow the nose plus hints of licorice.

Bottle 500ml. [ As Vadehavsbryggeriet Vesterhavs Stout ].Clear dark red brown color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to light beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, dark malt, bread, tart - sour fruit, tart - sour bread, rye bread. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, rye bread, bread, dark malt. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20161112] 4-4-4-3-8

50 cl bottle. Pours clear and golden amber with a small tan head. Aroma is toasted malty and breadish malty. Flat malty, slight sourish. Spiced and mild herbal. Flat malty and off finish.

Dark brown, clear with unstable rocky beige head. Malty aroma, slightly roasted with notes of fruit, raspberries, some dark chocolate perhaps. Similar flavour but without the chocolate with low hoppy bitterness and roasted notes.
