Bottle, 330 ml, courtesy of and shared with Miro. Pours black with small beige head. Roasted malts, chocolate, coffee, licorice. Sweet with some roasty bitterness. Medium to full bodied.

Bottle 330ml. [ As HumanFish Russian Imperial Stout ].Clear dark brown black color with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, light brown head. Aroma is light heavy malty, roasted, chocolate, coffee, dark malt, wood. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, burnt - roasted bitter, dark malt, chocolate, wood. Body is medium to full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20161018] 7-4-8-4-15

Bouteille 33cl, BB 17.12.2018 Brune foncée, col café au lait, doré au verre. Arôme au nez chocolaté, toffee épais niveau grains avec petit rétro épicé. Palais est épais, grillé, caramel, petite note de fumé avec un épicé virant sur la réglisse. Retrouve un léger côté doux rappelant le malt mélanoïde avec encore un épicé sur la fin. Amertume houblonné est correcte, agrumes, et qcq fruits noirs. Correcte pour 8% sans vraiment être trop complexe.

Bottle @ Aarhus tasting, my place. Nice head with good duration. Color is black. Aroma and taste are roast malt, chocolate, caramel, coffee, hops and has a nice roasty bitter finish.

Bottle, 0,33b.Pours pitch black color with traces of light brown soapy head. Aroma of roasted malt, coffee, chocolate, licorice and tobacco. Taste starts with heavy sweet and sour roasted malt and coffee, follows by licorice, wood and nuts, mouthfeel is smooth and warming alcoholic, while finishbis moderate grassy bitter. Full body, sticky texture and soft carbonation in palate. It’s tasty & rich, but something’s missing to be top shit brew...
