Please enjoy this convenient distraction from your daily life. We sure enjoyed taking a break from our everyday "grind" one afternoon at the brewery to meet a very passionate local coffee roaster who was interested in a possible collaboration. This is the result an imperial porter brewed with Madagascar vanilla beans and Ruby Roasters coffee.

Bottle courtesy of Craig (cheers Craig) , consumed at Fairport Annual Reunion, Saturday 12th August 2017. Pours dark brown with a slim light tan head. As Craig notes this has a dusty feel, it’s got vanilla and coffee, it’s decent but doesn’t really stand out. A6 A4 T7 P4 Ov14 3.5

750 ml bottle from Tavour. Nose is coffee, roast, and vanilla. Black with a small beige head. Flavor is lightly sweet with coffee, chocolate, and vanilla.

Bottle. Almost black with medium light brown head. Aroma is roasted malts, chocolate, coffee, caramel and vanilla. Flavour is roasted malts, chocolate, coffee, sweet, vanilla, little liquorice, hop, little dry, warming, vanilla beans, little espresso and medium bitter.

Bottle 750ml. corked. [ As O’so Convenient Distraction ].ABV: 10.2%. Clear and sparkling, dark black color with a average, frothy, lacing, fully diminishing, beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, dusty, coffee, moderate chocolate, vanilla. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, roasted, chocolate, vanilla, dark malt, coffee, dusty coffee, very smooth and balanced. Body is medium to full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft - lively (think it is one of the must lively imp. porters - stouts i had that have not been infected).
