We are excited to introduce our new series, Blending Dreams, a Berliner Weiss inspired fruited sour (Five Percent). The base of this beer will remain the same and consists of Pilsner Malt and a large amount of wheat. Adjuncts will change to explore different flavor combinations! For the first version we have added Pink Guava, Raspberry and a touch of Vanilla.

Canned 5/4/26, drunk 7/22/26. Compliments of tfontana. Thanks, Tom!
Smells rich and fruity but also rather sweet and the lactose is not exactly subtle here. The vanilla is, though, and it helps soften and round things. Acidity is low-to-moderate, not punchy.
Sweet, rich, creamy, but not chunky. These fruited kettle sours are always a tall order...don't wanna be too thick and sweet, but you also don't want it to be thin and overacidic. I think this one finds a decent balance, and the fruit flavors are lovely, as is the interaction with the vanilla. Maybe a touch less sweetness would improve this, but this is very respectable nonetheless.

16 oz can in a trade with tfontana. Thank you Tom!!! From the crack of the can, I can smell, vibrant raspberry and guava fruit. The greatest thing here is the texture is not thick and chunky like so many other sour style beers on the market. This resembles a beer and has enough tartness to the balance the fruit. Vanilla is very subtle in the finish. I will be eager to try more from the series.

Pours a hazy, pinkish-orange, with smallish head. Aroma is a tart rainbow sherbet. Flavor is tart guava and raspberry--more sour than sweet. Mouthfeel is light and fairly crisp given the fruit.
