Panda thanks to Wingman. Near clear gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Airy palate, mildly dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Thin bodied pale malts but a nice mild creamy sweetness. Nice to find a Callista forward dipa. Light pine, touches of melon and pineapple and mild and slightly floral citrus. Light semi dry finish. Nice light flavoursome dipa, just a tad thin bodied.

Panda at home, thanks to the Wingmane, 17/11/2025.
Murky orange topped with a lasting off white head.
Nose is bitter orange, grass, grapefruit, pine needle, mandarin.
Taste comprises bitter orange, grass, mandarin, guava, light pine flicker.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close splashed with juicy hop bitterness.
Okay DIPA if just a little on the thin side.

Area Four draught, 2/19/25.
Dull, old brass. Heavily hazy. Large, white head, good retention.
Fruity, with light oxidation and light table sugar. The color looks like something went wrong. And the lack of hop character in the nose attests.
Yeah...oddly fruity, oddly sugary, lightly oxidized. Little/no hop character. Don't think I've seen this in a keg, it's always from a can, where the beer has a full greyish tint. Can't imagine the keg got oxidized. Is this oxidation in the brewing process? Hot-side oxidation seems likely.
Unfortunately I detect too many off flavours in this one… so I prefer not to rate it to not drop the rating, as I believe it’s not in its right condition
From backlog. Can, from Joe’s Liquor, Memphis. Straight from The Can. Malts, hops, yeast, Fruity, herbal, some bitterness.

Pours a hazy, banana smoothie yellow, with minimal head. Aroma is citrus and tropical fruit, with some cereal and a bready note. Flavor follows, including the breadiness. Mild hop bitterness in the finish. Soft mouthfeel. This is another good one.
