Bottle: Clear gold with a small white head. Bready grain malt, a little fruitiness.....Apple? Taste is pretty much the same......a bit stale.....very light, of course. Decent, for what it is.

Can shared with blackhaddock in his man cave. Many thanks to Erzengel for this! Pours clear amber, minimal white head. Tastes a bit dusty being 6 months out of date, but nice soft caramel is detected not too dissimilar to a German bock. I’m sure drunk fresh this would be a perfectly fine blonde.

330ml can, shared with minutemat on 5th Aug 2016. Sadly the can was out of date by 6 months, so it might not have been at it’s best when we tried it. Clean golden pour, no head worthy of mention, just a collar and white wisp both of which disappeared almost instantly. Fairly sweet overall and not bad considering it’s age and where it is brewed. Mild malty nose, with a slight grassy/floral undertone: taste similar. Would be happy enough sitting in Macau looking over to Hong Kong with the sun on my back and a cold glass of this in my hand.
