Bottle shared at Chriso’s Travlr last minute tasting. Very pale yellow / green coloured pour with a lasting white head. Aroma is lemon and peppercorn, little soapy, perfume and lemon. Flavour is composed of lemon, wheat, orange rind, soapy, peppercorn. Palate is wheaty, moderate, highish carbonation, floral lemon.

Bottle courtesy of Erzengel, thank you! Cloudy pale yellow color. Aroma of white pepper. Taste has lemon, light spice, straw.

Bottle shared in London at chriso’s to honour Gene. Pours mostly clear gold with a frothy white head. Big perfume nose, doughy wheat bread, lemon peel. Medium sweet flavor, more perfume, sugary wheat, lemon meringue. Light to medium bodiednwith average carbonation. Sweet finish, more lemon meringue, low bitterness, light straw, perfume. Tasty one.

Das Bier hat eine trübe blass goldgelbe Farbe und eine fingerbreite weiße Schaumkrone. der Geruch ist angenehm zitronig, hefig, wenig Kräuter. Der Geschmack ist leicht hefig, gering bananig, zitronig, Gewürze, schlanker Körper.

Wit Wit, Hurra! Was für eine schöne Flasche. Aber nun auf die Buddel. Optisch ein echtes Wit, tolles gelb, Schaum hält sich flach, das passt. Olfaktorisch eindeutig Orangen, jetzt noch in den Rachen: Orange, leichte Banane, nicht bitter, sehr gute Drinkability, lecker.

Keg at the brewpub, Hamburg, 16/07/15. Hazed yellow with a decent off white cap. Nose is floral, lemon rind, light spice. Taste comprises lemon Turkish Delight, straw, light herb, perfumed, clove. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent wit.

0,33 l bottle, bought at the Zisch bottle shop beside the Nordmann Headquarter, Wildeshausen. Unclear pale yellow in the glass, small fast fading white head. Yeast, orange and a little bit coriander on the nose. Taste starts with wheat, orange fruity, some hop, again only hints of coriander, malt, and a low bitterness in the aftertaste. Expected more complexity.
