Peace, Love and Hoppiness

As refreshing as wading in a cold stream in the morning sunshine. This beer has big hop aromas and flavors of citrus, tangerine, and tropical fruit. Peace, love & hoppiness!

Canned 4/28/26, drunk 6/16/26.
Lighter and easier going than the bigger beers in the mixed pack, unsurprisingly. Yellow fruits with a touch of pine and grapefruit. The same ample, white bread-like maltiness to easily balance.
Light but well-malted. White bread with a bit of toast and sourdough. Ample bitterness but malt rejoins the finish and prevails. Wouldn't hate a bit more hop flavor; it's just vague yellow fruits and mild, pine-and-grapefruit.

Reviewed from notes.
Can to becher glass.
Appearance: semi-murky dark yellow to bronze color with a two finger white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: citrusy to piney hoppiness, slight orange rind, clean malts
Flavor: blends the prior noted aromas together to a nice bittersweet quality; mild finish of citrusy and piney hops
Texture: light bodied, very sessionable, some smoothness along the tongue, some dryness
Overall: it fits the style and I don't mind it, so pick some up and take 'em fishing or do something outside.

A cheap $16 draft at PNC Park, Pittsburgh. At least the ballpark is beautiful. Very soft tangerine with white grass and soft malt backbone. Definitely crushable.

Can from the One Big Hoppy Family Variety 12-Pack from Livonia Liquor. Pours a crystal clear gold with a finger of white foam that lingers. Nice lacing down the glass. Bright notes of citrus, dank and light resin. A bit of pineapple and papaya as it warms. Palate is very similar. Nice body for a session IPA, but not overly heavy. Tropical fruit, dank and citrus on the finish. Very dry.
