Panda at home, thanks to the Wingmane, 23/05/2025.
Rich claret pour topped with a vibrant lasting crimson cap.
Nose is tangy berry fruits, raspberry jam on the turn, light acidic nostril tickle, hedgerow.
Taste comprises raspberry yoghurt, hedgerow, herb, damp straw,
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a light puckering edge.
Not usually a fan of pastry stylee sours but Drekker do deliver well on this front.

Panda thanks to Wingman. Near clear raspberry red beer, small bubbly pale magenta head. Light palate, semi dry, good fine carbonation. Good tart raspberry offset by abundant raspberry candy. Adding to the fun is a fair serving of Parma Violets! Light and semi dry finish. Good fun!

Pours a dark, reddish-purple, with minimal head. Aroma is tart raspberry. Flavor is tart raspberry and a light, sweet marshmallow-vanilla. Thick mouthfeel. This is more sour than their beers usually get these days.
