Cask (handpump) @ NWAF 2015, National Winter Ales Festival (2015), The Roundhouse, Pride Park, Derby, Derbyshire, England, DE24 8JE. [ As Brass Castle Mosaic ].Clear medium orange yellow color with a average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate to heavy hoppy, citrus, grapefruit - pine, cat piss. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, tropical fruit, pale malt, citrus, grapefruit - pine. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. Wakefield Beer Festival 2015. Bright golden-blonde. Hoppy and very fruity with plenty of tropical flavours - some citrus, but not exclusively.

4.5% Cask gravity at Planet Thanet BF 2015. Gold slightly hazy no head. Tropical fruit aroma. Lots of mango passionfruit satsuma flavour. Best aroma so far today. Such a lovely tropical fruit pale ale.

Cask at the Southern. Pours pale amber, nose is fruity pine, tropical, taste is juicy pineapple, sweet toffee, thin.

Cask at The York Tap. Pours clear pale gold, thin white head. Aromas of tropical fruit, citrus, some pine. Taste is bitter, good balancing sweetness. Grapefruit bitter linger. Nice.
