We are celebrating #25yearsofbeers at DuClaw! As natural risk-takers, we’ve created dozens of memorable beers over the years. But there was always one limited release that had people asking for it year after year, even long after it was retired in 2015. Meet: Venom. We kicked up the hop profile to make this a classic American IPA, staying true to its best qualities like notes of ref reshing, crisp grapef ruit and pine. A perfect IPA to sip your teeth into!

Can. Just an average IPA. Gold in color with a three-finger head. Just tastes like a typical bitter IPA.

Random grab hoping to up the MD ticks. Amber pour some murk and puffy beige head. Nose is malty and bitter orange hops. Tatses of orange peel, malt, dark bread, pine, grapefruit pith. Bitter finish for sure.

Sharp pine, grapefruit. Dark amber pour with decent head. Bitter finish. Lots of malt flavour. Decent old school IPA. Can.

Pours murky, ugly, pale brown. Frothy head. Has fairly bright terpinated nose but also toasty malts and the murked out yeastiness.

Smells like a sack of wet grain, taste follows suit. Just a lot of wort and malt, followed by mild notes of grapefruit and so much pine. Finishes with an oily, medicinal bitterness. An absolute mess of a pint.
