Interesting experiment, but not a successful one. Malt notes are more wet and raw than toasty and caramel-laced, with a vegetal undertone lined with fruity esters and a mild floral bitterness on the fade. Tastes much larger than 4.1%, but too sloppy for repeat drinking.
