Really leans into the toasted grain notes of a Vienna lager, to the point it takes on a burnt corn sweetness that dominates the profile. Mild notes of wheat bread and caramel, with a modest floral bitterness dusted by apple and yeast. A bit much.

Poured from a 16 oz can dated May 5, 2020. Aroma is malt forward with grain and hints of bread, biscuit and crackers. Medium light woody, herbal hop notes with faint floral esters. Pours a very clear, brilliant gold with a large, moderately thick, frothy, white head that recedes somewhat quickly to a small film that lingers in small clumps on the edges. Light lacing and no legs. Flavor is slightly sweet and moderately dry with moderate grain notes and hints of bread. Moderate bitterness and a faint alcohol note. Light woody, herbal hop notes and faint floral esters. Mouthfeel is light bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a decent lager. I was expecting it to be a bit sweeter based on the aroma, but it has a fairly dry, clean, crisp finish. Pretty crushable.
