Pint can pours with a crystal clear pure gold body that supports a semi loose white head of foam. The modest aroma offers up spicy weedy hops, a berry fruitiness and a hint of melon. The taste delivers that crisp clean spicy hoppy bite that we're always craving and don't seem to get enough. It's spicy, a tad woody kinda faintly bitter grapefruit and then a dry berry furitiness rounding out the hops. There a murmur of the malt base well off in the background create a hint of biscuit from time to time. Solid.

Pale amber with a slight haze. Thin head. Ok, this smells like leek soup, if the leeks had a decent char on them and were complemented with a sofrito, deglazed with shaoxing wine. Not that cheap crap from the grocery store, the good stuff from the liquor store. On the palate it's got more mosaic than a Roman villa, and a clean bready pale malt. But that malt does take it to a better level, because it's got this weird thing where it has more complexity than it should but it doesn't help much because the mosaic is overwhelming, and I'm not even a mosaic-hater.

Draft. Amber beer with a cream head. Light tropical fruit aroma. Tropical fruit and light pine flavor. Medium bodied. Tropical fruit and light pine linger.

Can. Pours clear golden yellow, medium white head, good lacing. Aroma is dank, piney, rsinous. Flavor is light sweet, medium bitter. Light plus body. Not really where i want my mosaic to be. But not bad.
