Pours slightly hazy brown with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of roasted malt, caramel and juniper. Taste is medium sweet and light to medium bitter with a long dry, fruity, juniper and caramel finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

50 cl bottle. Pours hazy brown with a small off white head. Aroma is toasted malty and light breadish. Sweet, fruity, roasted dark malty. Lingering herbal, fruity and roasted into the finish.

Black with a thick and lasting off-white head. Aroma of licorice, dried fruit and a herbal touch of juniper. Sweet, and a bit thin, flavour of licorice and roasted malt with dark sugar and molasses. Hints of mint, hints of smoke. Juniper Stout is seen better....

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a clear, reddish black with a creamy, beige head. Subtle roast in the nose, but also somewhat rough and sewer-like. Medium body, dry roast, very little berry character. I think I’d just prefer a straight Stout - with a little more character. 040815

Bottle.Almost black colour with medium head.Aroma of cocoa and roasted malt,spicey and roasted with flavor of juniper and toasted caramel,medium body and nice smooth finish.

Clear dark brown, unstable light beige froth. Aroma has malt and sweet chocolate. Similar flavour with late juniper notes. Medium thick mouthfeel, ok dry bitterness.
